What is your delivery policy?

We aim to post your order in the most cost-efficient way depending on the size of your order.

We can arrange for your order to be tracked and signed for and this may require an additional cost. Please ask us.

Posting will take place within 48 hours of your order if not sooner. If you require special delivery options for example, leave with a neighbour if you are not in, please be specific in an email or in a phone call.

We are a small business and handle every order “in-house”. We believe that good communication with our Customers leads to good Customer satisfaction.



What credit cards do you take?

We take all main credit cards process via Shopify's secure methods.



How do I make a wholesale order?

Where possible we like to deliver our soaps to you in person so that you know who you are purchasing from. If you are a long way away, we will post to you using the most cost-effective and “environmentally aware” process. Please call us on 01271 342 628 and have a chat. Frances or Kelvin will be happy to help.



Can I return any items?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from our website. Customers have 14 days from which you received your products to cancel your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014). Please be aware that we can only accept returns if they are unused and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the original postage but not the returns postage.

Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be processed by Paypal or Stripe in accordance with its refund policies.
